葛良全教授是四川省学术与技术带头人(2006年至今),被聘为四川省灾后重建专家服务团成员、863计划“资源环境技术领域”重大项目总体专家组成员和主题项目总体专家组成员。长期从事于核地球物理的理论研究、应用研究和教学工作,致力于将核科学技术应用于地质研究、矿产资源勘查、矿山开采,以及环境调查与评价等领域。先后负责国际原子能机构国际协作(CRP)项目1项、863计划重大项目课题1项、863计划主题项目课题1项、国家自然科学基金项目5项、省部级科研课题13项和多项横向科研合作项目。研究成果获教育部提名国家科学技术奖一等奖1项(排名第二,2005)、国土资源部国土资源科学技术二等奖2项(排名第一,2004、2010)、四川省科技进步三等奖1项(排名第三,2000)、四川省教学成果三等奖1项(排名第二,2008)。获国家发明专利6项,实用新型专利9项,软件著作权1项;出版专著3部,出席国际学术会议和研讨会10次(特邀4次);近十年来,发表学术论文197篇,出席国内学术会议10次;被SCI收录25篇,EI收录44篇,SCIE他引468次。培养硕士研究生73名,博士研究生30名。


Prof. Xiaonan Xiao
Ph.D. advisor, and the chair of Department of Information and Computational Science at Xiamen University Tan Kah Kee College
Biography: He has been awarded The Distinguished Teacher of Higher Education in Fujian Province. His expertise mainly focuses on the studies of complex systems modeling and optimal control. He has published 108 articles at important journals and 20 academic works and textbooks. He was awarded numerous nationwide and international prizes in research and teaching , including 66 research projects that have won the national , provincial, and college awards ( 30 first prizes , 13 second prizes, 10 third prizes, 13 Awards of Excellence)
Title: Computational Intelligence for Big Data Analysis——New Expansions and Breakthroughs of the 21st Century AI Computing Life Science
Abstract:In recent years, big data analysis has become one of the most challenging frontier emerging technologies in current and future research. The combination of big data and intelligent computing is the solution to the big data service and application problems in many fields nowadays. Therefore, this keynote speech focuses on the theoretical basis and framework of big data analysis, the relationship between big data analysis and cloud computing, the relationship between big data and intelligent computing, and their latest research progress. This speech also describes the many applications of big data analysis, especially in the Intelligent Transportation, future life sciences and medical fields. As we all know, big data and intelligent computing have been widely used in information science, life science, computer science and intelligent control, intelligent robots, vehicle networking, space technology, marine development and other fields, especially in the future life science and medical field. Therefore, this speech introduces a new extension of big data and intelligent computing in modern life sciences, which has the most potential and widest application in the future. The results of the discussion show that the intersection and fusion research of big data analysis, mathematics, computational science and life science in the 21st century is getting more tightly. We can understand life science from a new perspective by using Big data and Intelligent Computing technology. Thus a new research model is being used to shift the application of mathematics from non-life to life. Furthermore, it greatly strengthens the mutual penetration and connection of big data analysis, mathematics, computational science and life science. It also greatly accelerates the research process of modern life science.

 Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, Germany/Hefei University, Germany
Biography: Associate professor, Ph.D., teacher of the School of Artificial Intelligence and Big Data, Hefei University. Professional knowledge mainly focuses on the research of Internet of Things and big data processing. She has published more than 40 relevant professional papers, and instructed students to win more than 50 national, provincial and school awards in the national IoT competition, the Blue Bridge Cup competition and the Anhui IoT competition. In 2016, he worked as a visiting scholar in American universities and in 2019 as a visiting scholar in German universities.
Title: Big data and intelligent transportation- Sustainable Development of Transportation
Abstract: Intelligent Transportation System (Intelligent Transportation System, ITS for short) is the future development direction of transportation system. It is a comprehensive use of modern traffic technology, information technology and computer technology, navigation and positioning technology, image analysis technology, etc. The combination of vehicles, vehicles, roads, and the environment is its intelligent role, which makes the transportation system intelligent, and better achieves the purposes of safety, smoothness, low pollution and low energy consumption. Big data is the core of intelligent transportation, but the focus of big data is not on "big", but on its value. Value content and mining cost are more important than quantity, so the latter is the real concern. The application of big data in intelligent transportation has two main aspects: data collection and data analysis. By analyzing traffic big data, we can maintain traffic safety and promote personalized traffic information services. The problem of intelligent transportation is very complicated. The emergence of big data is not only a change and a foundation for urban transportation, but also a challenging stage.

Biography:Dr. Alshawabkeh, a Jordanian researcher in the field of computer network security and information systems. Obtained first degree (Bachelor of computer science & information systems) from Philadelphia University, Jordan and obtained a second degree (Master of computer science) from university science Malaysia, furthermore, obtained the second master of cybersecurity and management from WMG, Warwick University, UK. Dr. Alshawabkeh (Ph.D. of Science and Technology) obtained from USIM, Malaysia. Now working as an associate professor at Guangxi Normal University for Nationalities, China. Before that Dr. Alshawabkeh was an academic staff and researcher since 1999.
